Here’s what happens next. Two paths from here, and either way you’re hearing back from us.

Path one

If we think we’re a good fit.

In whatever capacity that may be — bookkeeping, controller services, financial advising, one-off or recurring, wherever the conversation takes us — we’ll reach out with an invitation to do exactly that. Most of the time on Google Meet or Zoom. Let you see who we are and what we do. We’ll do the same.

No “a representative will reach out with services you might be interested in.” We don’t know what services you might be interested in, and you don’t know us from a stranger.

Relationships are built on conversations, not long forms — so a chat about where you’re at and what brought you our way is the natural next step.

Path two

If we’re not the right fit.

We looked over everything you sent us and made an honest assessment that we’re not going to be able to provide the help you need. That can happen for a few reasons, and it’s better not to waste our time or yours — you’re busy, and so are we.

We help clients of all shapes and sizes, but at times we aren’t the right fit because of:

an incompatibility with your current working system that you plan on keeping;
the capacity we’re at with other clients — better to hand off than to fumble by taking on more work than we can handle;
or in some cases, extenuating circumstances.

Regardless, we’ll reach out personally, and help where we can.

Either way, you’ll hear from us within a working day.
