Privacy Policy
This policy has two parts. Part 1, on this page, is for visitors to this website and anyone who contacts us through it. Part 2, on its own page, is for clients who connect their accounting and bank accounts to our platform. If you are a client, both parts apply to you.

Part 1 — This website and the contact form
What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits.
If you contact us through the form, we receive what you type and any files you upload: your name, your business name, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about your books.
How we use it
To reply to you and to decide together whether we are a fit. Nothing else. We do not sell, share, or use it for advertising.
How it is handled
Uploads are encrypted on the way to us and while we hold them. Only our team can see them. Files are stored privately and are deleted 30 days after your last conversation with us through the form. If we go on to work together, anything we still need moves into the client relationship described in Part 2 and is governed by that part from then on.
Who else touches it
The form and its storage run on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and the email that tells us you wrote runs through Resend, our email provider. Both operate under their standard terms and data processing agreements. Neither uses your information for their own purposes.
